User Manual

The S61SZBTPB is a Zigbee-enabled US smart plug with a maximum load of 15A. Its flame-retardant housing enhances electrical safety while enabling safe and intelligent control of connected appliances. The device supports remote on/off control, energy monitoring, and overload protection, allowing users to monitor energy usage, remotely control connected appliances via the app or automations, and improve energy efficiency.

① On/Off indicator light (Red)

  • Keeps on: Relay closed.
  • Keeps off: Relay open.
  • Continuous rapid flashing in an endless loop: Device is locked due to overload protection.

② Network indicator light (Blue)

  • Slow flash: Device is in pairing mode.
  • Fast flash: Abnormal connection with the gateway.
  • Keeps on: Normal connection with the gateway.
  • Keeps off: Pairing failure/Timeout.
  • ZB Identify: Active while the gateway sends a Zigbee Identify command.
  • Continuous rapid flashing, then turns off after release: Factory reset triggered.

③ Button

  • Short-press once: Turn the device on or off.
  • Press and hold for 5 seconds: Device enters the pairing mode. (Pairing time 3 minutes)
  • Press and hold for more than 10 seconds, then release: Factory reset.
  • Short-press in pairing mode: Exit pairing mode

WARNING

To ensure the safety of your electrical installation, it’s essential either a Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) or a Residual Current operated Circuit-breaker with Integral Overcurrent protection(RCBO) with an electrical rating of 15A has been installed before the S61SZBTPB.

Power on

After powering on, the device will enter the pairing mode by default during the first use and the LED signal indicator will “flash slowly”.

width="100" The device will exit the pairing mode when it doesn’t be paired to Zigbee gateway successfully within 3 mins. If you want to access the pairing mode again, press and hold the device button for 5s until the LED indicator “flashes slowly”.

Add Device

1. Download the eWeLink App

Please download the “eWeLink” App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Add SONOFF Zigbee gateway

Recommended SONOFF gateway models: ZBBridge-P, ZBBridge-U, NSPanel Pro, iHost

Other compatible SONOFF gateway models: ZBDongle Series

3. Add Device

Method 1: Scan the QR Code

Enter “Scan”

Scan the QR code on the device

Select “Add Device”

(If the device exits pairing mode) Long press the button for 5 seconds

Check LED indicator flashing status (Slow flashing)

Select Zigbee gateway.

Wait until the addition is done

Method 2: Enable Gateway Pairing Mode

Long press the button for 5 seconds to confirm that the device has entered pairing mode

Check LED indicator flashing status (Slow flashing)

Select the gateway on the eWeLink App home page

Find and tap “Add” on the gateway page

The gateway enters pairing mode. Wait for the device pairing to complete

Factory Reset

Trigger conditions (any of the following):

  • Delete the device from the eWeLink App.
  • Press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
