Steps

  1. Preheat the grill. Place the probe clip on the grill, using one probe to monitor the grill temperature. Cover the grill and aim for around 400°F (204°C).
  2. Insert the second probe into the center of a sausage and select the sausage mode in the preset temp. Note that fresh sausages and pre-cooked sausages require slightly different target temperatures.
  3. Once the grill is preheated, place the sausages on the grill, leaving space between each one. Cover the grill for even heating, grilling for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Open the grill, flip the sausages, and continue grilling until the BMT01 or app alerts you.
